Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-10-02
1. Who we are
VowPrintNest is operated by VowPrintNest. Questions about these terms can go to support@vowprintnest.com.
2. The service
VowPrintNest lets you personalize printable wedding design suites in your browser and download print-ready PDF files. We provide design templates and layout software; we do not print, ship or store physical goods.
3. Accounts
You sign in with an email one-time code — there is no password. You are responsible for access to the email address you use. You may run at most two active sessions, and one active editing lease per design. You may delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for what is removed and what is kept for accounting.
4. Purchases, delivery and the license
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; card data never reaches us. A purchase grants a personal license to export and print the purchased design(s): you may edit for 30 days from payment, and you can re-download your final files anytime from your library. You may print copies for your own event. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-license the design files themselves.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content into personalization fields, attempt to access other accounts, or automate the service in a way that degrades it for others. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is”. Print results depend on your printer, paper and settings — follow the printing guide and verify the 100%-scale ruler before running large batches. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date accepts the updated terms.
8. If the service ends
If VowPrintNest is ever discontinued, every account holder will be notified by email at least 30 days before shutdown so you can download your final files from your library while the service is still up. This section is the only way the library access described in section 4 can end by our action.
