How to print
1 — Print at Actual Size (100%)
In the print dialog choose Actual Size / 100% — never “Fit to page”. Fit silently shrinks the design and your piece will not match its named size. Every sheet we generate prints a 1-inch ruler in the margin: hold a real ruler against it. If the inch measures one inch, your pieces are true to size.
2 — Letter or A4
Both work: every sheet is generated for the paper size you pick (letter in the US/Canada, A4 most everywhere else). Pick the one you actually load — switching sizes in the print dialog re-introduces scaling.
3 — Paper weight
- Invitations, menus, welcome signs: 65–110 lb cover (175–300 gsm) — stiff enough to feel like a card.
- Place cards and table numbers: the same stock as the invitations so the table setting matches.
- Home printers: most take up to ~80 lb cover (≈220 gsm) through the rear/straight path; check yours.
- Copy shops: hand them the PDF and ask for 100% scale, no scaling — they do this daily.
4 — Cutting
Sheets print cut marks at every corner — and the marks never touch a design. Cut just inside the trim line with a sharp blade and a metal ruler, or score the fold-free pieces first. Place cards tile 8-up on a letter/A4 sheet; table numbers and details cards cut one per sheet section.
