Refund Policy

1. Digital goods

VowPrintNest sells downloadable, personalized design files. The free watermarked preview exists exactly so you never buy unseen — what you preview is what prints. Because the product is a download, one rule governs everything below:

If nothing has been downloaded, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once any file has been downloaded, the sale is final except for the defect and duplicate-charge cases listed in section 2.

2. When you DO get a refund

• The exported file is defective (does not open, corrupt, or prints misaligned at 100% scale when printed per the guide).
• The printed result materially differs from the free preview you approved.
• You were charged twice for the same design.
• You ask within 14 days of purchase and have NOT downloaded any file from the purchase.

Requests go to support@vowprintnest.com with your order reference (printed in your receipt email). Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

3. What is not refundable

• Typo regrets after the 30-day edit window has closed (the preview showed the final text).
• Print-shop scaling mistakes — printing at “Fit to page” instead of Actual Size.
• Change of mind after downloading.

4. Refund effects

A refunded order's entitlements close: the library entries are marked refunded and downloads stop. Your designs remain in your account as watermarked-preview-only.
