1. Who we are

VowPrintNest is operated by VowPrintNest. Privacy questions:support@vowprintnest.com.

2. What we collect

• Your email address — to sign you in (one-time codes) and deliver receipts.
• Your designs — the text you type into the personalization fields, so the editor and your downloads work.
• Purchase records — order references, SKUs and entitlements (handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; card data never reaches us).
• Anonymous product events — page views and preview actions counted with allowlisted event names only. The event table has no free-form column a visitor's text could land in; marketing attribution is limited to coarse campaign slugs (UTM values), never personal data.

3. What we never collect

Card numbers (Lemon Squeezy hosts the whole payment step), your visitors' guest names beyond what you type yourself, keystrokes, session recordings, or advertising identifiers. There is no third-party analytics script on the site.

4. Cookies

One session cookie (for sign-in) and your browser's local storage for the anonymous campaign attribution you can clear at any time. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the app; designs and session records are removed. Purchase records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Anonymous event counters may be retained — they contain no personal data.

6. Processors

Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record) and Resend (transactional email delivery). We do not sell data, and there is nobody else.
